Sobeys is one of the largest and most successful grocery chains in the country and is all about family nurturing families. The company launched their successful Voila by Sobeys online grocery delivery service during the start of the pandemic. The service is currently only available in Southern Ontario with aspirations to expand. The challenge is to develop a communications strategy for promoting this service to their target audience and help more Canadians.
